The phone rings, or we haven't done our job.

We run Google and Meta ads for local service businesses. Every dollar is tracked to a call, a form, or a booked job. If a channel stops producing, we tell you and we turn it off.

15 minutes. If we can't help, we'll say so.

01What's actually broken

Most local businesses are not short on leads. They are short on proof.

We have looked at a lot of accounts. The same four failures show up in almost every one.

01

Nobody knows which calls came from ads

Calls ring the same office line as everything else. No tracking numbers, no call recording, no way to tell a paid lead from a referral. When you cannot separate them, you cannot tell what the ads are worth — so every budget conversation becomes a guess.

02

Your agency reports on clicks

Impressions, click-through rate, cost per click. All real numbers, none of them your business. A report that never mentions booked jobs is a report designed to survive a bad month.

03

Leads sit for hours before anyone calls back

A homeowner with a leaking roof calls three companies. The one that answers gets the job. If your lead sits in an inbox until end of day, you paid for a lead your competitor closed.

04

The landing page leaks

Traffic arrives on a homepage built to describe the company rather than to book work. Slow load, buried phone number, a nine-field form. The ads did their job and the page gave it back.

02How it works

Four steps. You see the work at every one.

  1. 01Week 1

    Audit

We go through the ad accounts, the tracking, the pages, and the follow-up. You get a written breakdown of what is working, what is wasting money, and what is not measured at all.

Written audit, shared account access, baseline numbers

  2. 02Weeks 2–3

    Build

Tracking first — call tracking, conversion tracking, and a place where the numbers actually live. Then landing pages built for one job, and creative built for your market rather than a template.

Tracking live, landing pages built, creative shot or assembled

  3. 03Week 4

    Launch

Campaigns go live on a controlled budget. We are not trying to scale in month one. We are trying to find which searches and which audiences turn into booked work.

    Campaigns live, first cost-per-lead reading

  4. 04Ongoing

    Scale

Move budget toward what books jobs. Cut what does not. Every month you get the numbers that matter: leads, booked jobs, and what each acquired customer cost.

Who runs your account

I spent my own money before I ever spent yours.

I scaled my own advertising into five figures a month in ad spend, and took five of my own sites past five figures in revenue, each inside three months. My accounts, my money at risk. That is where I learned what a wasted click actually costs — long before any of it was billable to a client.

04Questions

The things people actually ask on the first call.

01What does it cost?

There is a monthly management fee and there is your ad spend, and they are separate. Ad spend goes to Google and Meta, not to us. We will quote the management fee on the call once we know the scope — anyone who quotes before understanding your market is guessing. What we will say now: if your budget is small enough that our fee would be most of it, we will tell you to spend it all on ads instead and come back later.

02How long is the contract?

The first engagement runs 90 days, because the first month is build and the second is learning. Judging paid media on 30 days is judging it before it has data. After 90 days it is month to month. We do not use long lock-ins to hold accounts that are not working.

03How fast do results come?

Leads usually start inside the first few weeks of launch. A stable cost per acquired customer takes longer — normally two to three months, because that is how long it takes to gather enough conversions to make decisions on. Anyone promising booked jobs in week one is either lucky or lying.

04What happens if it doesn't work?

You get the 90-day audit and the reasons in writing, you keep every asset we built — the tracking, the pages, the creative, the account structure — and you leave. Your accounts are in your name from day one. We never hold a business hostage to its own ad account.

05Why not hire someone in-house?

If you can find and keep someone good, do it. That is a real answer. In-house makes sense once your spend is large enough that a full-time salary is a small share of it. Below that, you are paying a full salary for a part-time workload and one person's experience. We are the option in between.

06Do you work with my competitors?

Not in the same market. One roofer per metro. If we are already running ads for a company you compete with, we will tell you on the call rather than take both.

Fifteen minutes is enough to know.

We will look at your market, tell you roughly what leads cost there, and say whether we think we can help. If the answer is no, you will get that on the call rather than in a proposal a week later.

15 minutes. If we can't help, we'll say so.
